Exchange & Refund
Due to the nature of our business, we usually do not offer exchange/return except for the following cases:
*Product with defect (please refer to Defect section below).
*Product is unavailable after payment is made.
Defect
We always inspect each of your products before we ship them, but occasionally we might miss something. This section acts as a guideline for you to determine whether the products you received could be considered defective or not.
What is considered defective:
*Incorrect product or design, e.g. you ordered long white dress and received short red skirt.
*Non-washable stain larger than 20mm in diameter.
*Noticeable damage or cut.
What is NOT considered defective:
*Color variation from product photos, e.g. red vs orange red.
*Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print pattern, floral shape, bead size and etc.
*Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks and etc.
*Self inflicted damage or cut to the product.
*Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference.
If the product(s) you ordered qualified for an exchange, please refer to Process section below.
Process
Please notify us of any issue or defect within 48 hours after you have received your order, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with further proceedings.
Upon approval of exchange or refund, customers who are instructed to return the product must ensure that we will receive it within 7 working days. Unless otherwise specified, you shall be responsible for the return shipping costs and we will bear the shipping costs back to you if any.
The product must also be returned to us in original condition and original packaging in a resalable state. Worn, washed, and/or used products will not be accepted for an exchange. We strongly recommend that the returned products are sent via delivery service with appropriate insurance cover, as the products will remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.
